The PPL will be responsible for owning assigned programs and facilitating all Supply Chain actions necessary to ensure a flawless launch. This position has extensive interaction with Production, QA, Engineering, Logistics, and Incoming Receiving.


  • Tracking program details (design status, financials, program timing, etc.) and working with multiple disciplines to ensure that program deliverables are met
  • Creating and maintaining program scorecards as a tool to share with program teams and management allowing for full transparency within the organization
  • Creating and maintaining program tracker as tool to support program scorecard
  • Scheduling regular meetings to monitor and drive progress throughout the organization; both domestically and globally.
  • Lead team sourcing ( kick-off) meetings with suppliers upon award
  • Issuing PO’s – tooling and sample orders


  • Team player who can also work well independently
  • Ability to leverage Supply Chain team  - hold team accountable to flawless launch
  • Must be able to hold commercial discussions
    • Ability to meet with suppliers on commercial, quality and supply issues
  • Windows Excel – Intermediate Level.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
  • Listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests in an efficient manner and on a timely basis
  • Problem solving and decision making ability


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or hi-tech environment.
    • Engineering background preferred
  • Must have Supply Chain knowledge
    • Know process and procedures – sourcing process, PPAP, APQP etc
  • 5+ years industry experience
